PAUL ADAMS ASSOCIATES realised it can be difficult for clients to find specialist estate planning and asset management advice. We have invested a great deal of time in acquiring and developing the technical knowledge and skill to enable us to offer a highly specialised and professional service to our clients where Writing a Will is constructed around your needs of asset management which includes Inheritance Tax Long Term Care utilising a Power of attorney based on confidentiality, honesty and integrity where all aspects of your estate are reviewed to give you the client all the relevant information you need to help you decide exactly what type of Will you require for your own personal circumstances to help you with your Asset management. We aim to be the principal point of reference for our clients in helping you decide on a tailor made package to suit your needs both for today and for the rest of your life.
MARRIED COUPLES Without Writing a Will, if you have children your spouse may not inherit all your estate. If you have no children then some of your assets may go to members of your family other than your spouse, writing a will helps you in with your Asset Management.
UNMARRIED COUPLES WITHOUT WRITING YOUR WILL, YOUR PARTNER WILL NOT GET ANYTHING! Your entire estate would pass to your children, or if you have no children your estate would be shared between your brothers sisters and parents.
SEPARATED If you die without Writing a Will, your ex-spouse, may be entitled to claim part or all of your estate in certain circumstances! Even if your ex-spouse cannot make a claim, your children's trust fund may fall under your ex-spouses control!!
PARENTS OF YOUNG CHILDREN An ex-spouse could be given full parental rights over his/her children even if your original separation agreement said differently. Through Writing a Will you can appoint people you trust as guardians to your children in the event of your death.
